About My Project
My name is Nicholas Flanigan, Life Scout from Troop 160, located in Chantilly, VA. I am leading a group of scouts to conduct a medical and food supply drive for United Help Ukraine. They will deliver the medical supplies and food essentials to Ukraine and will distribute them in the areas hardest hit by the war.
These medical and food supplies save the lives of soldiers and civilians, and they are currently conducting medical and food drives in nearby communities and need extra help. All supplies we collect will be shipped to Ukraine to cities like Kharkiv or Lviv to be distributed inside the country to local hospitals and refugee centers. We will be collecting the medical supplies, baby items and dry food that are in great need. You can find the sample of such a list here.
Project Goal
The project will be completed in two stages. The first stage will be digital promotions and delivery flyers to houses in various neighborhoods of Fairfax, VA.
My goal is to digitally promote this project in May 2022 and distribute up to 3,000 flyers on June 4th.
The second stage will be to pick up the donated supplies that will be sorted and delivered to United Help Ukraine.
My goal is to collect at least 40 medium size boxes to be sent to Ukraine.
